When I went to 'create project' I couldn't pay with optimism @marcuspang

Which says 'claim with optimism'

If someone cancels their project, can it remove from their inactive tab?

What do inactive projects refer to? There are 6 project statuses

IN_REVIEW = 0
APPROVED = 1
LIVE = 2
BUILDING = 3
REJECTED = 4
CANCELLED = 5
