The in app support doesn't respond to issues and suggestions

We apologize, quarantining has us stretched very thinly. We have two reports in the past 30 days. We're working on an issue right now where we aren't getting Instabug feedback if DNS is turned on, though, so if you've sent more, we might not have gotten them.

Your viber issue is being worked on, but we can't replicate anything bad on TikTok. We're addressing some major crashes with Android 10 at the moment, which have taken most of our focus in this app.

Ok but can you speed up the process a little because the app and the VPN often get bugged (the app doesn't show some enabled options, VPN makes connection issues in apps and often won't turn off), and the apps start to show ads again after a while, and there are a lot of feature requests in the app

Just let us know when that happens and we'll investigate. We may need to send you custom builds for testing if that's alright with you.

We used to have an email address there but we removed it because we usually don't get enough information to investigate issues, so we moved solely to Instabug and feel we provide better service there.
