The article is about creating a project but the majority of the article is about "what is a project." Insetad refocus helping someone to set these components up. I.e. the two lines for creating a project is trivial the meat about creatinga project is creating wiki pages, setting up ACLs and teams, setting up a fileView to find files etc.
Suggested Fix
Providing the obvious isn't that helpful for an article. I.e.the current article almost reads like - "to create a project press the button"
The types of help I wish I could point to would be the type of documentation that would mean that I wouldn;t have to put it together myself. I.e. currently I have to link to this article. Then add details on how to manage users in a sensible way then link to the permissions and teams docs. Then link to the fileViews/Tables article after describing how to best use them.

Location of the Documentation
https://docs.synapse.org/articles/making_a_project.html doesn't actually solve the problem of the title of the article.
