Screenly clearing CSS Customizations

We have been trying Screenly to use in our school to pull content from our website to display on lobby signage. We have noticed that when active, the screenly theme appears to be clearing our main website theme's customized css styling. Is there a way to prevent this?

That's odd. Not sure exactly what may be causing that, but we'd need a theme that we can try reproducing with in order to move forward on this.

I think it is the same as my issue. The theme-switching is not ok. Look at my issue in this list.
