Feature selection = domain specific DEGs. This should lead to the highest possible ARI, and if the ARI is still too low, then there might be a problem with the "ground truth"

Ideally on the Visium DLPFC dataset

Hey, I have similar idea here and would like to choose top SVG using Moran's I.

Lets try then! I have a couple of ideas one linked to also using spatialAnno and using markers feature selected by MoranI. We can exchange ideas and collab but feel also free to not be biased by what i said ☺️ and test any idea you got :)
