Using dictionary (.dic) files for 'Change casing' #9156

It's a kind of feature request, and I don't know if using dictionary files for the "Change casing" function would give better results or not. But at the moment, many geographic names need to be corrected using the "Spell Check" after using "Change casing" (Normal casing).
E.g. England.
