Valid sessions and more validation

Anyone regardless of logging in could attempt to send a particular packet. There needs to be some sort of session in place to ensure you're logged in first.

Furthermore, all sending/receiving messages need to validate the sender/receiver to ensure they exists and that they are not formulated packets
