Discuss WebComponents and Reimplement DWA Starter in other popular frameworks

We need a strategy to "componentize" and reimplement DWA Starter in other popular frameworks including vanilla JS.

I decided to use evergreen style framework that could work with top frameworks (tailwind css + shadcn ui), but reimplement them could be a pain in the ass to maintain.

WebComponents could be a solution here, we need to assess.
