TcNo doesn't launch. (Even with all dependencies installed) #446

Describe the bug
The app don't launch when I execute the executable.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

Have the same PC as me.
Start TcNo executable.
It doesn't launch

Expected behavior
You know what is supposed to happen lol

Screenshots
No screenshots as nothings shows up

Desktop (please complete the following information):

OS: Windows 11 Pro 24H2 (26100.2605)

PS: The weird issue is also that the executable doesn't show up in Task Manager when starting. It must close really fast, and YES, I checked if I had all dependencies installed.
