Feature 名称：radio加入checked属性判断是否选中

简要描述：boolean类型的checked属性判断当前是否选中，和微信小程序原生的radio一样

使用场景：例如问卷调查时读取用户已填答案进度时，若是仅用现有的radio-group中的current，还需要额外的判断所有选项的checked哪个为true，然后获取key赋给current,若是加入checked属性的话，就可以直接判断checked值了。
因为current值并不是总能提前得知的。
