If the user goes to save the job but runs into an error on the backend, we want to save the job details in local storage. This way they won't lose the job details due to a saving error.

If the user goes to save the job but runs into an error on the backend, we want to save the job details in local storage. This way they won't lose the job details due to a saving error.
