对于 Anchor 框，其实，我们并不需要关心它的具体坐标，因为它是一个超参数，在训练之前就已经确定了，而且在整个过程中都是固定的。这篇文章提供了保存有 Anchor 框坐标的文件，后续我们使用 Anchor 框进行解码，只需要点击这里下载即可。
