I get the heatmap Congestion by gui::dump_heatmap Routing file.csv, the result as follow:

I get the Global Routing Congestion report by global_route -congestion_report_file file_name, the result as follow:

@Pxx-X The Global Routing Congestion report generated with the -congestion_report_file option is a json file that can be loaded in the GUI to visualize the congestion spots in the design.

The .csv file is the raw congestion data stored in the global router structures. The first four items represents a box in the global routing grid, and the last value is the amount of congestion in this region.

Is .csv file's value is Fastroute's maze routing moving cost?
