Effect on Other Hotkeys

Github is a bit of a mystery, but I'm going to assume that this section of it under AHK-Scripts is the repository for 'Explorer Dialog Path Selector' utility.
If it works, it's going to immortalise ThioJoe in the annals of Windows.
I've tried it on a couple of Win10 PCs and it works beautifully 99% of the time (on occasion it doesn't change folder, but does the second time).

I may be looking at the wrong evidence, but since running this utility I have begun to lose other hotkeys from around my installations, i.e. on more than one PC.
Nir Sofer's HotKeysList is blank, but it's old.

Could this util's master hotkey or other features have interfered with other hotkeys?

Hm are you sure you have a ~ before the hotkey in the settings box for the hotkey?

Assuming yes, can you give any examples of an app who's hotkey is being blocked?

I don't want to make too much of this, but I'm trying to track back what new I've been using since general hotkeys went missing. Desktop hotkeys gone and can't be reinstated. Alt-F10 in Total Commander for Directory Tree, for instance.
Just checking in here in case others report hotkey abberations. sfc /scannow and DISMs were no help.
Shall report any correction found.
