Suggestion - Search Perk Deck for Multiple Copies of Perk

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
We can not currently search for seeds that contain multiple copies of a perk in the deck (e.g. Extra Health, Faster Wands, etc.). Trying to get to infinite HP is much easier with a perk deck containing three copies of Extra Health, for instance. Searching for such seeds is sometimes desirable.

Describe the solution you'd like
For perks that can be present multiple times in the deck, it'd be nice if they didn't disappear from the Perk Select screen options after just one instance.

Describe alternatives you've considered
I currently select some "favorite perks", and the deck will show a number of how many favorite perks are in the deck, and then just manually search through a result seed list for a deck with a high number. This is inefficient, and doesn't distinguish between favorite perks.

Thanks! I agree, this is convenient. I'll add it once I'm updating that part of the codebase
