Dialogue actions that add or remove money
Dialogue actions that need a certain amount of money to take (buying/bribing)

a moneybag, or wallet icon, to show how much money there is
a coin icon, to show that money is required in a dialogue option

do #5 first; make sure that dialogue options can change whatever variables.
