Currently the events file is created in parallel during tiff creation with the Docker ripper. Austin needs a way to get the events files without using the Docker implementation.

Austin has requested a standalone MATLAB script be implemented, but for now the file bruker_ultima_timestamps.py can be run while inside the beyblade environment. Until the MATLAB script is created, this issue will remain open.
