Describe your model

model is watertight. have not sliced the entire model as my printer is too small to print the entire thing

Add your .zip here ⬇️

Pinbot_face_baffle-85.zip

trying to print this in 2 sections as my printer will only print 120x120x120. i can lower the model to -75 on the z axis and it will slice and print. but when i try to flip the model and lower to -85 on the z axis to print the other half, i get a slicing error. i have tried moving it forward and backwards to no avail.

Thanks for the report.
I'm not sure what the problem is with Cura. It may be a simple "rounding" issue. The project would not slice for me, but changing the Layer Height from .175 to either .18 or .17 allowed it to slice. Changing the Initial Layer Height didn't seem to matter.
Someone from the Cura team will take a look.

I see in the "normal" Quality file that the layer height is called out as "0.13125" which is well beyond the resolution that the machine is capable of in the Z.

From my log file:
Backend exited abnormally with return code 3221225477!
and
2024-12-27 14:37:03,117 - DEBUG - [EngineOutputThread] UM.Backend.Backend._backendLog [140]: [Backend] [2024-12-27 14:37:03.115] [info] Sentry url: https://[email protected]/4506257745510401
