Describe the bug

When attempting to open the data file, this message appears:

I don't really know much about coding or github. I just want to open it to unpack textures.

Reproducing steps

  1. Open the data file

Setup Details

  1. Undertale Mod Tool v0.6.1.0
  2. Windows 11
  3. The Void Rains Upon Her Heart
