Reproducing steps

Run UTMT (whichever version available, Single File, CLI, Bleeding-Edge or Normal Version)
Open Data.win file
Crash happens while loading the file

Setup Details

UndertaleModTool_v0.6.1.0-SingleFile
Windows 10 x64 23H2
10th Gen i5
32GB DDR4
1TB SSD
RTX 3060 12GB

I'm unable to load Cryohazard too, failing to find different reference though so idk if i should make it a separate report

Victory Heat Rally doesn't load also, similar error

These games are using a newer version of GMS. The latest versions of UTMT can't load these yet.

For now, use UnderAnalyzer: #1937 (download the artifact there)
