next to not always marked as fixed

In some cases, next to is a fixed, but in others it isn't annotated that way:

next to in EWT which possibly matches other next to ExtPos

If sites next to you don't have what you want
the sea next to you
I throw a treat across the floor or even right next to her paw
place it next to the couch
the fish look better next to them
right next to the ice machine

I don't see much difference with those and the following:

First room had used tissues next to the bed
It is next to Gare du Nord

although certainly there might be some subtle differences
