Lemmatization of demonyms #22

In the other treebanks for English, especially EWT and GUM, demonyms are typically lemmatized with the capital letter. Ones in the dev set (there are probably others in train & test) for LinES are as follows:

African
Arab
Armenian
British
English
European
French
Israelis
Jewish
Jews
Labrador
Lebanese
Nazi
Oxonian
Polish
Russians
Spanish
Turkish

Would be happy to supply a PR which updates these, if desired.
