Impostare una soglia che possa prevenire che un singolo utente possa aprire più di N richieste per il settore indicato.

IDealmente tale soglia la configureremmo qui:

uniTicket/uni_ticket/models.py

Line 1200 in d788565

class OrganizationalStructureWSArchiPro(models.Model):

solo i managers potranno modificarla.
