New release 24.04.0

This new release includes several major features and bug fixes:

• Streamline the versioning by using Year.Month.minor eg 24.04.0 is release of 2024, April, minor version .0
• It checks internet connectivity, gracefully exits, and informs the user about any connectivity issues if the device is not connected to the internet.
• It verifies the presence of Snap packages on the system and updates them accordingly.
• If Snap packages are found, it also removes any old revisions to free up space.
• It enhances the user experience by replacing the message '... will start in 5 seconds' with a proper countdown indication.
• It displays the percentage of disk usage and available free space before and after performing system maintenance.
• New -r for reboot and -s for shutdown options for terminal users if they want to reboot/shutdown their system after performing system maintenance
