[Feature] Arrow key to cycle through diff changelist

What feature would you like to see?

I'd like to cycle through each diff using the arrow keys at the bottom of the diff view. Pressing an arrow key would highlight the next change and immediately jump to the offset in the diff view (as if I clicked it)

How will this feature be useful to you and others?

It would improve the speed of scrubbing through large diffs
