When using the shorcut Cmd + Alt + N a new Onenote page opens.
The bug shows when I tag this page in the new window. This does not only creates a Title that the page originally didn't have, but also it shows this message:
This bug is a big usability problem. Sometimes I want to create new simple and quick notes so I can share them. But, I don't want it to have a title. If I didn't used the tag plugin, the new page created should look like this.
Note: This is the only case where this happens, because, in the original page, it doesn't have a TextBox for a Title.

Unfortunately a Title field is required to support the integration of Page Tags with the OneNote paragraph tags. This allows Page Tags to appear in a Tag Summary created by OneNote with the Find Tags action. That means the closest thing to an untitled page would be this:
If it is important to have tagged pages with absolutely no title, we would need to add a setting to the 'Manage Settings' dialog to turn that integration off.
The main issue is that it creates the title "Untitled Page", if it's posibble to avoid it and change it to a blank title then I think the issue will be solved. This can be a first solution.
Although, if it's possible to implement a Tag on a page without a title, like the one mentioned with the new switch, then It could be better
