Limit color palette per usage / control (text / background...)

I'm wondering if it's possible to limit available colors in palette based on panel control?
Like only specific colors from my palette for "text" and some others for "background"?
I found this old issue #13341 which allow to limit colors per "block" but that's not enough

Example of use case: i have to integrate a design system which allows specific colors for text or background. Ideally i would even need to have some conditions to display some text colors available only if the background is a "dark" color (this kind of logic seems to be already in place since there is an accessibility warning if you use a low contrast color combo)

EDIT : After a lot of issues digging, i think there are some future features that might help with what i need? (but not exactly sure)

EDIT2 : The filter blockEditor.useSetting.before looks awesome and almost perfect for what i need but color definition is not granular enough which is what WP 6.6 seems to add maybe?
