有没有可能讲pairliftover工具应用到其他基因组上，让这个工具变成一个更通用的工具，而不仅仅是应用在hg19上？

pairLiftOver理论上支持所有ucsc上的基因组的，除了human，我们还测试过mouse和zebrafish。你试试，有问题的话随时问我。
