Window rule matcher for window width/height

I have a (poorly written) application that spawns what are essentially ghetto notifications that I'd like to mark as floating, but they have the same title and app-id as the main window. It would be convenient to be able to match on the window size in this case. Maybe something like:

window-rule {
    match  app-id="BadAppId" width="<200" height="<200"
    open-floating true
}

Or maybe they should support percentages or something for different DPIs.

Hm, a problem might be that you can make a cycle with this and min/max-width. Also this rule can only apply late in window opening, after the we already told the window the scrolling size request and it committed a buffer
