Make the black translucent box in the background move with the daily weather forecast and 5-day weather forecast

Currently, the black translucent box remains static and does not follow the weather forecasts. This creates a disjointed user experience, especially when viewing both the daily and 5-day weather forecasts.

Expected Behavior:

• The black translucent box should dynamically follow and move in sync with the daily weather forecast.
• Similarly, the box should also move with the 5-day weather forecast, aligning with the forecasted data and content.

### Desired Outcome:

• The black translucent box should transition and adjust its position to stay with the respective weather forecast sections (daily and 5-day).
