It seems that Google dropped the support for subscribing to a url on their Android app (never had it on iOS).
So far, it was possible to trigger this with the scheme calendar.google.com/calendar?cid=xyz, where cid did allow a url to an ics file. Now, it only allows another Google calendar id. At the same time, afaik, it is also not possible to do this manually in the app instead. It is simply no longer offered.
In case somebody finds a new way/scheme or observes new behavior or knows somebody on the Google Calendar App team 😆 , posting your insights here would help a lot!
Thanks!
