Different privileges for Search and Screen features

I want to have different privileges among features. Screen feature doesn't work on the apps launched elevated so I would like to launch it with highest privileges, however I don't want the Search feature to always run apps with admin rights.
It would be great to have them spitted somehow, it would be perfect to have separate exe files.
