In the Annotating the interaction matrix part , how to place a circle(used for labeling the peak ) encircle the pixel in the Hi-C heatmap instead of between two pixels?Thank you!

Hi,
If I understand correctly, you would like to encircle a specific location on the heatmap? If yes, you can specify the pixel location in your peak file.
