Fix faulty formatting if a server is down

If a server goes down, the layout on other rows on the board will change, and spacing will get thrown off. I've frameworked the start of a fix to add <div class="row"> and </div> surrounding each row of cells on the board, so this issue is just to track my progress on that and see if it makes any difference once I've got it in place.
