As an admin, I can assign people to lunches #8

Do something in the Firebase Console, see the data change based on LunchAssigner v1. For example, everyone gets a topic that is just a number (or random string) to it grouped however is easiest.

The Admin screen will let you assign lunches right now, but need to look in the JS Console to see the result of the call -- none of the UI updates (yet) when the call completes.
