行为约束一节提到“队列数暂不支持修改”，但是下文使用建议一节却又提到“Apache RocketMQ 的队列数可在创建主题或变更主题时设置修改”，这里使人感觉上下文有歧义，“队列数”是否可以修改？中文文档和英文文档都有这个问题。
