Add editor to entire namespace #29

Currently you can make a user an additional editor of a single scene.
This feature would add the ability to a user an editor of all scenes in a namespace.
This should probably be stored differently in the user database and will have to clean up the existing editors field.

Effectively creates the "member of org namespace" scenario.
