Create a new release which includes PR #660

feat: Enable multiple token caching and add option to disable caching… #660

The latest release is from June.

But we are still running v1.16.1 released August 2023 (last year), because of the bug which was fixed in #660.

The current release is still from June -- the fix in PR #660 would be so nice to get released! @werne2j

We are still stuck in 1.16.1 from August 2023 due to this pending bug fix.
