Exporting data is not working as expected

When I try to export my data, the only thing that happens is that I access a page with the content:
"you can request only one export per hour"

But I haven't made any requests in the last hour. Here are the dates of the last two exports I did:
7 Jun '24 07:59
3 Jun '24 07:39

Procedure I'm following:

• Access https://.goatcounter.com/settings/export
• Click the "Start export" button

Am I doing something wrong, or is this an error? How is the export supposed to work?
