Optimization of the grid view

First of all, thank you for the great work.

1. in the grid view, the individual documents appear to be displayed without frames or spacing. In the case of white documents, which is usually the case for me at least, they merge seamlessly. This may be stylish, but with more than four documents the overview is quickly lost. Perhaps you could display a frame if required?
2. if you select documents in the grid view, on the one hand the marking or color highlighting disappears, so you don't know whether a document is selected or not, and on the other hand the number of selected documents is hidden. Sometimes appears, but not always.
   Otherwise I find the app brilliant and use it on a Lenovo Tablet m10.
