Login: Remove the redundant sign in alert modal

Describe the bug

Revisit console page after a long time (session expired). It will redirect to the sign in page. But there is a Alert modal at the same time.

Expected Behavior

Only show the sign in page , remove the alert modal

Current Behavior

Sign in page with alert modal. It very confused.

Reproduction Steps

1. Sign in to the console
2. Waiting the the session expired.
3. Re-visit the console
