[QUESTION] kvs_gstreamer_sample.exe when run with stream-name and rtsp-url as arguments, kvs stream in aws kinesis is bufferring and playing with delay

I want to stream a RTSP url to aws kvs cloud, for that using kvs_gstreamer_sample.exe with stream-name and rtsp-url as arguments
Am able to start the stream in cloud, but the stream is bufferring for some miliseconds consistently after every 5 seconds or so, and stream is going into delay and not in real time live.
Need suggestions as to what other componensts are affecting this setup and what else I can do to remove the buffering and delay.
