[Bug report]: Loot template page is horrible outdated and badly written

Describe the bug

It makes mention of columns that no longer exist, and haven't existed for ages (e.g ChanceOrQuestChance)

Information is convoluted, like for example the short and simple explanation for "Chance" being 0 is "0 chance means equal chance, calculated by the core in accordance with the number of items"
