Writing emails sucks asshole without Wudooh, the update by styling method fixes this (I literally did it in developer tools with like 2 CSS changes to an element).
We only really undid this from Huruf because update by adding breaks it but we don't need to use that method anymore here and instead just modify the styling.
There is however the issue of consistency, as in users need to know that what they're seeing in the input is because of Wudooh and the final result can be different.
Do not overestimate user's intelligence as I have recently sadly discovered.
Also, some inputs will allow for font and size changes to the text so we have to see how to work around that somehow, bit complicated to be honest but it's worth exploring definitely.

Unfortunately I've been really busy with other work and personal stuff to work on Wudooh.
This feature in particular is quite challenging in terms of design because it may make users confused as to how the text is being changed.
For example Gmail allows formatting of it's message text in the "New Message" view, if Wudooh is set to 200% Nastaliq, the user will be under the impression that that is how it will be viewed by the reader of the message even though the view has been changed by Wudooh just for them. Also if the user changes the font family or size in Gmail and not in Wudooh the text will still visually be the same because Wudooh will overwrite any changes making the Gmail formatting seem pointless and end up clashing with the formatting found in Gmail or other inputs.
If I'm being honest, this feature is something I will most likely not end up implementing because of these complications.
As I mentioned, users can be surprisingly oblivious and uninformed about these things, and when in doubt don't confuse users because they get angry quickly. I've learned this the hard way recently, users desires and expectation will often clash with your own as a developer or power-user because of the difference in knowledge.
Anyway I will at least still try to explore it and see if there are better ways to go about this, if and when I work on Wudooh again.
