PlexSonic - ChatGPT-based feature for creating playlists using natural language prompts

I just updated my beets-plexsync plugin to add the plexsonic feature. This allows you to create unique playlists simply by using natural language to describe what you want to hear. You can create playlists like:

70s grooves by powerhouse women
Upbeat electronics tracks from The Chainsmokers and other DJ duos
Songs to listen to while sitting on the dock of the bay
Psychedelic indie rock like Pink Floyd

You will need an OpenAI API key to get started. Your mileage may vary - depending on the size of your library and how well it is tagged. I have an extensive library and it works extremely well for me. Feedback/PRs welcome.
