GUI confusion

It took me way too much time to figure out how go make a profile. Turns out you have to press enter after typing in the new name. Obvious, now that I know and is the default behavior of Gtk3 widgets. I was looking for some kind of gui guidance. I know this a minor problem but consider something like: After the new button is pushed and the entry widget is created you could change the label from 'New' to 'Save' or '+' And then unwind the change back to 'New' in the appropriate places.
