Missing PAF file format for the overlaps in the wrapper

There is a missing file format for this Racon Wrapper. The input of the overlap requires PAF file format and written in the Antibiotic resistance detection GTN under the RACON section .

The latest revision of racon wrapper on the toolshed is 5:7c847ec300b8 and dated 5(2021-09-12). Then, I browsed the repository tips file on the toolshed from the Repository Action drop down menu. This line remains the same (aka without the PAF file added).
