Update element names, uiTip-s, example-s + Add displayName-s

It will be very good to update and harmonise these, so that they can be 1:1 updated and displayed in Bio.tools and elsewhere.

The updates of Bio.tools and similar services using biotoolsSchema could and should then happen in an automated way.

And definitely the documentation has to update automatically.

Bonus: We could even add EDAM annotation of IDs (and possibly other data), as sawsdl:modelReference. Ideally, that could be then be used automatically used when exporting to JSON-LD or RDF (possbily with sawsdl:whateverItIsToConvert if needed).
