Fields not labeled in Firefox extension 2024.12.3

Steps To Reproduce

1. Click +New to add a new item.
2. Click Login (for example)
3. Notice that the fields are unlabeled.

Expected Result

Field names (item name, login, password, etc.) have labels so that you know what goes where.

Actual Result

None of these items are labeled.

Will you try uninstalling the application, removing any leftover data, powering off and on your device and re-installing? Does this issue still persist?

I am not sure which way to go with the leftover data, considering that my Firefox profile seems to have no fewer than 7 "moz-extension+++" items, and I do not want to remove any unrelated data.
