Steps To Reproduce

1. Open the Bitwarden browser extension.
2. Navigate to the settings menu.
3. Tick the box labeled "Make Bitwarden your default password manager."
4. Navigate back to the previous menu.
5. Return to the settings menu to verify if the setting has been applied.

Expected Result

The "Make Bitwarden your default password manager" box should remain ticked, indicating that the setting has been successfully applied.

Actual Result

The box is unticked upon returning to the settings menu, indicating that the setting has not been retained.
